ULTIMATE RESET DAY 6

Day 6 is over. I was a little off today with the timing of my food. I got out of bed later than usual which cuased me to get a late start. I did correct it though. The food was good today leaning more toward a vegetarian diet. Still satisfying. I had a marinated tempeh with avacado slices, and toast for breakfast. Then I had a quinoa salad , same as yesterdays. Dinner was new. Actually, the picture that I posted is my dinner. It was roasted beets,yams,onions,& carrots with a little olive oil & himalayan sea salt. Also had toasted millet. That was a new one for me. I like quinoa better. It was pretty easy to cook. I also had a zuccini & cashew soup that I made in about 6 minutes, 3 of which were spent in the blender. It was awesome. I put mixed herbs and fresh oregano. Good stuff, all natural and mostly organic. I feel better each day. I actually feel stronger even though I have not worked out 1 single day. Tomorrow will be 1/3 done. Only 2 weeks to go after that. I just have to work on my sleeping patterns. Baby steps, right.
