ULTIMATE RESET DAY 5

This is my lunch for today. Took about 15 min. to make. It was really good!! The bowl is quinoa , with cucumber, tomato, kalamata olives, Fresh parsley, some olive oil,lemon and Braggs amino acids. Obviously there is a plate full of fresh veggies, it is acommpanied by pine nut and herb hummus. Hummus is GOOD!! So far everything is really tasty. I know I keep saying, but it 's really good. I don't miss anything so far. I am starting to feel pretty good now also. I could get used to eating like this!  Tonight's dinner is miso soup, stir fry veggies, brown rice. I really want to weigh my self  , but I am holding out till the end of the week. I do feel better  however, I have to pee about every 3.57 minutes. 2 more days and I am 1/3 of the way done already! That's crazy. Then I just have to decide which workout I want to do. BODY  BEAST, INSANITY, or P90X. Input is welcome. Wish me luck and thank you!
