day 4 is over. It was rough at first I had a massive headache for 2 days, finally I took some ibuprofen. It helped a lot. Food was good. It was 2 cups of fruit, organic yogurt, toast. Lunch was sort of a repeat. lentil lime salad, baby green salad w/ homemade creamy garlic dressing, and tempeh sushi. I barely could finish it. Then the alkalanize drink 2 hours later. Dinner was good also . mixed veggies asian style with quinoa and some cucumber salad. Half way done with the first week and I am doing good.
