P90X Protein Bar Review

Hello everyone!! Welcome back. This is my review of the p90x protein bars. Let's start with the nutritional facts 1st. calories 250, calories from fat 60 to 80, total fat 7grams,saturated fat 4grams, transfat 0, cholesterol 5mg, sodium around 200/230 mg, total carbs 30grams, 2 grams of fiber, 16 grams of sugar and 20 grams of protein, it also has 18 different vitamins and minerals. They are also tested GLUTEN FREE! I have tried many different protein bars. Some taste like cardboard ,some you have to chew for an hour to moisten it up,  and some taste just like a cookie.p90x bars tastes like none of these. They are very good however. P90x protein bars are tasty, and they do fill me up when I have one. They are a more traditional bar with that sort of nougatty texture, but they do have these little crunchy pieces in them . I think its rice I am not sure but it does add a nice crunchy texture to the bar. No matter what flavor you have they all have the same texture ,so they are all very consistant. They are also easy to chew not gummy or dry. There are 4 flavors. chocolate peanut butter, wildberry yogurt,cafe' mocha, and chocolate fudge. I prefer the wildberry yogurt . I am not a big fan of chocolate. However the chocolate fudge and chocolate peanut butter are very good, I do use them. I really do not like coffee or any cofee related products , but I have to say I liked the cafe' mocha. If you are a coffee lover you will like these alot. I like them all so much I purchase the variety pack. You get all 4 flavors. You can also get individual flavors as well. They come 12 in a box and come out to a $1.99 per bar at regular price but there are ways to get discounts to get them as low as $1.49 per bar. They are filling and very satisfying as an in between snack or before the gym. So far I am very satisfied and on my 3rd box already. You can also option for home direct which is autoship. Shakelogy Review

Hello everyone! I hope you like the new banners. I had chocolate Shakeology with water and a splash of o.j. To my surprise it was actually very tasty! I have tried other protien shakes and this is by far the most well rounded , and one of the best tasting. It has 18 grams of protien. Now some of you might say it is not enough, but your body can only digest around 30 grams of protien at a time. With that in mind those "big" protien drinks with like 50 grams of protien are sorta useless. You are literally flushing your money and your protien shake down the toilet.It has 150 calories. 1 gr of fat.15mg of cholesterol. 100 mg of sodium.17 gr of carbs but 3 gr. of fiber. 9 gr of sugar. It is also equal to 9, that is right 9 servings of vegetables. So if you don't like your veggies or your children don't, well they will never know when they are disguised as an awesome milkshake. It also has a bunch of vitamins and minerals.It also has a prebiotic and probiotic blend. All those good things you find in yogurt. Lets talk phytontrients(super greens) it has chloerlla,spirulina,hydrilla, blue green algae,spinach powder, barley, kamut ,oat and wheat grass.It also has an antioxident blend and super fruit blend. It contains stevia for sweetner witch is natural. It is also gluten free, and is certified as being very low on the glycemic index. You lose weight, become regular, improve digestion, and gain more energy!! What's the catch? It is 120 or so for a 30 /24 day supply. Depending on wether you get the bag or indivdual packets. You can cut that cost by joining the wowy super gym or becoming a coach. This can get you a substantial discount from 10 to 25 percent off!! This breaks down to $4/5 dollars a meal so if you take that into consideration, that is a great deal cheaper than those nasty fast food places people eat!! There are 2 flavors Greenberry and the chocolate both are good. They do have a tropical flavor comming soon, I can't wait for the tropical myself. Hi everyone! Just added some banners to the blog. Still trying to figure this out.In the mean time I have shoulders ,arms and ab ripper x tonight after work for a workout.I would like to give my workout buddy Alex a shout out. He got sick . I hope you feel better bro! If there is anyone out there who drinks shakeology I could use some recipes for the chocolate.I add peanut butter/banana. That gets old after awhile.
